This policy explains how JG Soft Solutions (“we”) collects and uses personal information when you visit https://jgsoftsolutions.com or contact us. We aim to follow the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect

This website does not use analytics, advertising cookies or tracking scripts. We only receive personal information when you choose to contact us by email or WhatsApp, including through the quote builder. That may include your name, business name, email address, phone number, website address and details about your project.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and deliver and manage any project you ask us to carry out. Our lawful basis is your request to us (steps prior to a contract) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. Messages are handled by the email and WhatsApp services you choose to use, which process data under their own privacy policies. We may use trusted suppliers such as hosting providers to deliver projects.

Retention

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as needed for the project and for legal and accounting purposes.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello@jgsoftsolutions.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
